Victor Ludorum Description

The SCBA awards a Victor Ludorum trophy to Surrey member(s) that perform consistently well over a full season of Surrey open events. It is a prestigious award to recognise sustained performance over a range of events. Both Primary and Secondary members of Surrey are eligible for this award.

Points are awarded as described below and Surrey member(s) with the highest total points at the end of the season will receive a trophy to keep for a year.

For all eligible one day events points are awarded as follows:
Being placed in the top 1/2 of the field 10 points (5 for the County Plate consolation event)
Being placed in the top 1/4 of the field 10 additional points (5 for the County Plate consolation event)
1st place 5 additional points
2nd place 3 additional points
3rd place 1 additional point


Other events attracting points towards the Victor Ludorum:
Surrey League 10 points per win to a maximum of 40 points
Lady Rose Cup 10 points per win to a maximum of 40 points
Lady Rose Plate (consolation event) 5 points per win to a maximum of 20 points
