This year's Strathspey Trophy was contested on Saturday, Feb 15th in the Wheatley Hall.  A closely fought contest held in the most convivial manner resulted in Cairngorm reclaiming the trophy.

    An encouraging turnout of 16 pairs   

met to play this teams of 4 event in the Boat Hall on Thursday, April 6^th.

An excellent buffet lunch preceded play in which 8 teams, randomly drawn, played 3 boards against one another.

The winning team, receiving the Strathspey Trophy and chocolate Easter eggs, was that of Audrey Gammack, Angie McCalman, Sue McLaren and Pam Roxburgh.

Runners-up were Val & Jimmy Dykes, Ken Walker and Silvia Woodier.
