(On average)
Four result logs have been compiled related to results since 1st September 2019
As each nightly event is a 'Pairs' competition, placings have been listed accordingly
The lists have been collated, from % results, based on you playing with your partner on at least eight occasions since the season commenced
There are no awards/rewards related to these placings
They are listed under the 'Results (subject to verification)' tab as follows:
Tuesday, Wednesday Mixed, Wednesday Novice & Friday 19/20
Personal Analysis can also be viewed under this same 'Tab'
As you are aware all results are private and are only accessible to WEB registered members of SABC
(See under 'Need to Know' tab on Home Page regards to registering)
There may be some discrepancies and these may be attributed to misspelled players' names.

Teams Competition 2020 |
♠ ♥ ♦ ♣
Postponed until further notice
Teams Competition will now take place on Tuesday 24th March 2020
At 19:00 hrs
This competition is open to all grades
The registration book is in circulation at the club
(An official Tournament Director has been engaged to run the event)
♠ ♥ ♦ ♣
For members who have not previously participated in such an event, here are a few points to note:
1. A team is made up of four players. Half of your team plays half of the opposing team so the N/S pair on your team plays the E/W pair of the opposing team and vice versa.
2. You will be playing the same boards. After both pairs in the team have played each board, their raw scores are added and converted to International Match Points (IMPs).
You then move to the next team and play them in the same way.
3. In your usual pairs competition, you can see from the score sheets the results achieved by the other players, a top is a top no matter how much better it is than the next score.
In a team competition you can compare the results immediately, the difference in the scores are converted to IMPs.
The tournament director is responsible for calculating these IMPs.
4. The main objective is to bid and make your contract.
A 'Teams' competition can be even more enjoyable than the usual pairs competition and are particularly recommended for the participation of all grades.
