Zeb Stocken is a pivotal character in the Stansfield bridge club story. Not only did he set Richard on the teaching path but he has run several seminars at the club down the years - and a number of members have been on bridge holidays organised by Zeb and his sister Claudia.

Beginner Bridge in the French Alps

Mother and daughter, Dinah and Claudia Stocken will be running this break aimed at beginners or near-beginners. Dinah has many years' experience of teaching bridge and her methods are ideal for those who are rusty or starting from scratch. There will also be an afternoon walking programme in spectacular surroundings with carpets of wild flowers in lush meadows, streams bubbling, mountains snow-capped and marmottes aplenty. With a small group size and two teachers, you can learn bridge in 4 days!
