Extension Project - latest report from Brian Churchill.  Last week the cold spell hindered progress a little and delayed the laying of the floors.  This in turn has delayed the plastering as it was too cold to work with plaster.  This week has seen much faster progress.  The floors are now laid and the plastering finished.  The outside site area will be cleaned up on Thursday 15th Jan (heavy afternoon rain may cause some delay) and we should have 3 parking spaces available on Friday or very soon after.  The electrician is due to start fitting lighting shortly and then the building interior will be dried out so that further work can continue.  Andrew Butt, our contractor, is hoping for an end of February completion.

Members should note that the partition wall that has been erected in the kitchen room is a temporary structure.  Thank you all for your forbearance.  Brian and the project team.
