| Clubhouse, Open Day and Bridge News |
Thanks to EVERYONE who was involved in the Open Day. Whether you were there on the day, helped with advertising, put up a poster, helped with the street stall, made a cake, made a cup of tea or coffee, played mini bridge, whatever - THANK YOU again. We think it has been a great success and we look forward to welcoming new members in due course.
What a great afternoon we enjoyed at the Bridge and Barbecue event on Saturday. 72 members enjoyed the bridge and we were joined by a few more for the barbecue feast. Many thanks to Tim and his social committee team along with their numerous helpers who put on a fantastic spread. Trevor masterminded the bridge in his usual meticulous way and we all enjoyed seeing such a variety of prize winners. Look our for a report on the news page over the next day or two.
The Anglia Teams started on the 8th Sep - great to see so many teams competing. Sign up sheets for the Swiss Teams and Pivot Teams are in the lobby.

The English Bridge Union have released the top 50 clubs by player session for 2025-26.
For the third year we are the 2nd most popular club in England, which we attained in 2024.
