Extension project - latest report from Brian Churchill:  This week the electrician has finished his first fix wiring, the plumber has installed a water supply to the new ladies room, the floor insulation has been laid and the internal drains have been connected to the mains drainage system.  The roof is complete and vigilant members will have noticed a red glass dot on the gable - this is the roofers trade mark, which is allegedly to ward off evil spirits.  Monday (22nd Dec) sees the arrival of a plasterer who will be dry lining the rooms. The floor screeding has been booked for the first week back after the Christmas break.  

Members should note that the partition wall that has been erected in the kitchen room is a temporary structure.  Thank you all for forbearance.  Brian Churchill and the project team.
