4. Any matters arising from the minutes.
5. Chair’s report .
6. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Accounts 2024
7. Election of New Chair
8. New Chair takes over the meeting & conducts the election of Officers and Committee Members.
9.  Appointment of independent scrutineer
10. Motions to the AGM, as already submitted to or allowed by the Chair.
11. Any other business.

Note; to date there have been no proposals, from either the SBC Committee or SBC members to be considered at this meeting. Any proposals from members must have been submitted in writing, one week before the meeting ie May 21st 2025.
