Our hire charges are typically between £15 to £25 per hour. For the entire building (excluding Bar) £40 per hour.

Main Hall £20 to £25 per hour.

Side rooms £15 to £20 per hour

If you hire the main hall, then it's likely one of the side rooms could also be available, for a nominal extra charge.  There's never any extra for using the Kitchen.

The charge would likely be on the lower end of that scale if ...

A charitable or non profit making group.

It was a regular booking.

There were no additional heating/cleaning or other costs for us.

And vice-versa, so a profit-making group holding a one-off event where extra heating was required, could expect to pay more.
