We are very sorry to share that Kathryn Holmes has passed away peacefully in her sleep.
Kathryn was a valued member playing regularly at the club and also enjoying many social bridge games with her friends.
She was a committed member of the club’s gardening team, whose dedication and care completely transformed the front of the club.
Kathryn will be greatly missed by us all, especially for her warmth and her wonderfully keen sense of humour.
Kath's funeral will be at 2:30 pm on 10th April 2026 at the West Lancashire crematorium followed by refreshments at Birkdale Sprorts Club, Trafalgar Road. All are welcome but please inform Gail Moors if you intend to go for refreshments to facilitate catering arrangements.
