Teams League

Sunday, 9th November at 2pm

The club's second Teams league outing took place on Sunday 12th October. Congratulations to the team of Trish McKeown and Maureen Kemp, Sarah Street and Mary Perkins and also to the team of Patricia Dolan and Peggy Cook, Derek Way and Mary Priestley who tied for first place.  A second win for Derek so the Mark Hopkins led squad is well out in front in the league.

So far the trial seems to be going well, there is an excellent mix of players enjoying the format which perhaps not many will have experienced before.  We need to think about the new year when the competition proper will start and we hope that those who have been involved so far are keen to participate in 2026.

Finally a big thank you to the Directors and Scorers who have made this trial possible.
