We would like to encourage as many of our members to join in all our competitions - there is nothing to fear and for all intents and purposes it is just like playing a normal bridge session.

Carpet to be Cleaned

Tuesday 23rd June

The carpet in the club is being cleaned during the day but will be finished by the time we play in the evening. It would be appreciated if any able bodied members who are around at 6.30pm could help to get the tables and chairs back in their rightful position - thank you.

Please note, the revised date for the competition will be 9th November at 1.30pm.

Top Tip

A player should not disturb the order of their played cards until agreement has been reached on the number of tricks won. If one side has mixed their cards before agreement is reached, and the director cannot ascertain the facts, the directors shall rule in favour of the pair whose cards remain ordered and unmixed. (Laws 65 and 66 apply)
