We have made a coupe of additions to our Menu which we hope you will find useful.

Firstly, our Lessons tab now includes links to:

• Will Jenner-O'Shea's online lessons, as before.
• Bridge NSW lessons:
  • for Beginners;
  • for Improvers; and
  • free supervised play sessions on Sunday afternoons starting 8 February
• Other sites listed by Great Bridge Links magazine, including to Richard Pavlicek's Learning site; and
• Lessons provided by the Canberra Bridge Club (including their supervised play sessions)

Secondly, we have added a 2026 Tournament Planner to the Menu, under the Calendar link.

The aim is to make it easier for our members to find the type of event they might be interested more easily. It is now in 5 sections:

• ABF Calendar
• BFACT Calendar
• Online events
• NSW Club Congresses near Canberra, and
• World Bridge Federation events (added 9/2/2026)

South Canberra Bridge Club (SCBC) is an ABF affiliated club. You are most welcome to join the club.

Masterpoints are awarded at all sessions (your ABF number is needed).

SCBC strongly values the support of the Canberra Southern Cross Club, Woden:

• through having the use of the Community Rooms every week together with free undercover parking; and
• through its Community Rewards program. You can direct a percentage of your spending at the Club to our Bridge Club here

Please be considerate of the Southern Cross Club by leaving the room in a neat condition.
