SOMETHING NEW ON THE HORIZON

Jo Ann Steigmeyer’s Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Class: Monday’s 9:30-11; $7 no partner necessary rsvp by Sun 9am to joann1107@comcast.net

6/23 Strong hands include 2C opening bids, jump shifts by both the opener & responder and the "dreaded" reverse.  These are bids you should have down pat and be very comfortable with in your bidding systems.  There will be some hands to show to the class and some hints to make your bridge more precise!

ALSO, to encourage users to find partners on this site, if you email us using the "CONTACT US" link, we will send out an email to our membership. SE Carolina Collective on BBO: we have joined this collective of almost 200 bridge clubs in the US and Canada. The schedule is below. You can search for the Collective games on BBO by going to "Virtual Clubs", then "ACBL North America"  then "se" in search area. Our Club receives a % of the tournament fee you pay (members' ACBL# are linked to SBBC). Early registration promotes more pairs to play in that game which results in more money for our club. Please play the SE Carolina tournaments when you cannot play face to face.
