Entry Mixed Teams 2024
Entry form Mixed Teams, Sunday 15th September

Mixed Teams of Four at Woolavington Village Hall starting at 1pm.

Teams must include at least one man and one woman.

Cost: £6 per player plus £6 each for a tea. Please pay as a team of four and not individually to SCBA 30-98-45  03080007.

Deadline for entry: 11th September
