Stoke Mandeville Bridge Club collects personal information from individual members in order to be able to contact them in the ways to which they have given their prior written consent.

Stoke Mandeville contacts members to provide them with information about the Club administration, Club night Events in which members may wish to participate and requests for partners.

The Club stores personal information on a Secure Computer Database which is only accessible to the Chairman, Database Manager, the Treasurer, the Web Master.

Stoke Mandeville Bridge Club will not disclose any personal information to a third party without the prior written consent of the member concerned.

ENGLISH BRIDGE UNION (EBU)

Stoke Mandeville Bridge Club is affiliated to the English Bridge Union (EBU.)

Club members automatically become members of the EBU unless they do not give their written con-sent to their contact details being passed on to the EBU. They then become ‘anonymous’ members and will be unable to enter EBU Competitions or receive any EBU membership benefits
