Before getting into this week's HotW, at the other end of the scale was the millpond that was board 19 with everyone making 9 tricks in 3NT, almost all played by South receiving a 2D lead (except one who received a 2H) and one pair who found the contract for North!
Runners up this week was board 11, with top honours going to Andy and Jean (by virtue of a gift of a double), and Jenny and Charles, with a mention in dispatches for Jonathan and Mike for the same number of tricks (13) but in the minor suit.
However, this week's choice is board 5, with only two pairs bidding the 6NT on offer, well done to Martin and Paul and especially to Nikki and Steve (for squeezing out the extra trick)!
