TROUBLESHOOTING RB PROBLEMS

1. If you make a bid, the bidding box has gone, but the other three players cannot see the bid, tap anywhere on the table.  That should bring back the bidding box.  If it doesn't please press the Director button.

2.  Loss of contact.  If you lose contact, and another person in your home is also playing and hasn't lost contact, it is not an internet problem.  If it is just you playing, first check your router, if the light is steady, you have Internet connection, if the lights are flashing you have lost internet connection.  If it is loss of Internet, please ring me on 07580 849096, as I will need to inform the other players that there may be a delay.
When you lose contact, whether it is Internet related or not, press LEAVE bottom right of playing screen.  If it is not Internet related, return to Scout Hut home page, members section, and log in again.  If it is Internet related, wait until the Internet returns, then do the same.
  
RealBridge Support have advised that sitting nearer to the router might help maintain contact.

3.  If you log in before the session is open, you see this:-

Tap CLOSE, and log in again after 5 to 10 minutes.
 

4. If you are having camera and microphone problems it is because your device is not capable of maintaining audio/visual.  
5.  If using a tablet, make sure you hold it in LANDSCAPE.

6.  If you can't see yourself in the camera, go to settings and in the browser section, make sure camera is ON or set to ASK
