CALENDAR REMINDERS
June 15-19, 2026: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. Beginning Bridge Camp for Kids.
Ages: incoming 7th through 12th graders. Mature/math-savvy 5th and 6th graders are also welcome.
Volunteers are needed. Please see Liz Heron or Carol Rezek for more details about volunteering or the camp in general.
Was $100/camper - NOW FREE Scholarships are available for those who require financial assistance.

WE’RE DOING WHAT WE LOVE TO END ALZ
Support our Santa Barbara bridge players as we join other ACBL clubs in raising funds for the
Alzheimer’s Association. Three easy ways to donate:
· Use a credit card to make a donation to our team online at https://events.alz.org/fundraisers/tishgainey/santa-barbara-rufnsluffers
· Use cash or a check made payable to Alzheimer’s Association and drop it in the envelope on the bulletin board at the Bridge Center.
· Use a Donor Advised Fund or a Retirement fund. If using either, please contact Team Captain, Tish Gainey, for instructions.
Be sure to make a reservation to play in our Longest Day Games on June 15.
750 morning game and 499er (if enough tables) and Open games in the afternoon. Enjoy food, libations, prizes and lots of fun!
Tuesday Evening, June 16: There will be an afternoon 299er but no evening game.
Tuesday Evening, June 23: 2500 game and potluck. Theme: "Summer Daze". Dinner at 5:15pm, game at 6pm

Mentored workshops: Players of all levels are encouraged to drop in Saturday mornings 9:30-11:30 for mentored play. $10/session. Please carpool.

Barbara Seagram is an internationally known Bridge teacher from Toronto.
She has made 2 of her videos available to the Santa Barbara Bridge Center, Declarer Play and Slam Bidding.
Barbara has agreed to donate all fees to our Bridge Center. More details will be publicized soon.
