There were 22 members present.
2. Apologies for Absence
Ann Bayes, Sue Cullum, Peter Bond, Sue Bloomfield, Gaye Davidson, Irma Fowler, Frances Amys and Pauline Thorp.
3. Minutes of A.G.M. 2014
These were read, approved and signed as a true record.
4. Matters Arising
Jeff resigned in March 2014 so Sylvia became TD and David Sawyer became Assistant TD.
5. Chairman's Report
With the absence of the Chairman, there was no report.
6. Treasurer's Report (see attached sheet)
Audrey reported a balance of £451.19.
Thanks were expressed to Janice Harby for auditing the books.
The report eas unanimously accepted by all members present.
Subscriptions are to stay as £5.
7. Secretary's Report
The Club has had a good year with some new members joining us.
We had another very good BBQ at Fran and Martin's despite a wet morning. Thanks are expressed to Fran and Martin for again hosting the event.
The Christmas party was again a very good evening with everyone enjoying the good food and "fun" bridge. Thanks to everyone who came early to help set up and clear up at the end. A great club effort.
We had a good win in our friendly match against Swaffham in October. The return match is on March 11th at Swaffham when they will be hungry for revenge.
Annual dinner is on March 28th at The Crown, Great Ellingham. Details will be given by David shortly.
It is good to see our website up and running and a big thanks to Maureen for all the hard work doing this and to Peter for his assistance.
The BBQ is on Sunday June 28th this year and we are looking for a venue for this.

Christine asked to remind members to leave bidding cards on the table until the first card is played.
Thanks were expressed to Neil for collecting all members email addresses and collating them.
Heather asked for a shorter coffee break as she has a long journey home afterwards.
As there was no other business, the meeting closed at 6.50pm.
