This is the Booking Form for the Easter Duplicate Afternoon on Thursday 9th April  at 1.30pm in the Clubhouse - so we can start promptly we would ask that you be seated at your table no later than 1.20pm.    Table money is £5 for members and £5 for guests.   Tea/coffee and cake are served around 3pm and we aim to finish by 4.30pm.   Provided there are enough tables there will be a many prizes.   Guests of members are very welcome and can be booked as a four.   If you are an individual, please submit the form and we will endeavour to find you a partner.  Please fill in the requested info and "post message".   You will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt.
