We are very sad to inform you that long term club member Barbara Baylis died at home on Thursday 11th June as she was preparing to go to Feckenham to play bridge with her friend Kathy. Barbara will be sadly missed, especially in the village and at the bridge table. Kathy attended Barbara’s funeral service and would like to share the following:
And so farewell to Barbara who played in the club for many years. Lovely funeral, as funerals go; red coffin and lots of people wore red. Laughter and tears, good music, lovely eulogy, will miss her. Carried out to Crackling Rosie, very fitting. No more red lipstick- her trade mark - on the coffee mugs. Hope they play bridge in the other place ❤️❤️🌹🌹

| Session Venues and Times |
We are a friendly club and guests and prospective new members are always welcome. (See also on menu about gentle bridge/ tri- duplicate sessions for those new to bridge) The session locations and times are as below:
Mondays at Cookhill Village Hall 6:30pm for 6:45pm
Thursdays at Feckenham Village Hall 9.45 - members need to be seated by 9.45 in order to get the movement set up.
Tea, coffee and biscuits is included in the Table Money which is at present £3 at Feckenham Village Hall on Thursdays and £3.50 at Cookhill Village Hall on a Monday. The charge for visitors is £4 but they do need a partner which could possibly be arranged

Cookhill Village Hall situated on the A441 west of Astwood Bank, next to the Village Church. Post code B49 5JR. There is a large car park
