| Club Information |
The club is located in the village of Prestbury in East Cheshire, close to the Peak District. The club was founded in 1991 with the aim of providing friendly and competitive duplicate bridge once a week for local area residents. Prestbury is a thriving club and has a membership of around 60.
The venue is Prestbury Village Hall, shown here, where we meet every Tuesday at 7:30pm. We are affiliated to the EBU, enabling masterpoints to be earned, and use bridgemate devices to simplify scoring and accelerate the reporting of results, including hand records. We have recently invested in an automated hand dealing machine, further enhancing the player experience.
The club supports the East Cheshire Hospice and, over the past 35 years, has donated nearly £100,000.
