If you haven't played at the PBC before, please email us (management@portlandbridgeclub.com) your names and ACBL #'s, so we can enter you into our computer system. If you have, you can register for games through our website calendar. (We no longer require Covid vaccinations to play at the PBC).

The steps involved are as follows:

1. Click on the Calendar Menu option

2. Navigate to the date of your game

3. Click on the "Reservation Required" icon below any purple calendar entry

4. Enter your name and click "Check"

5. Enter your partner's name, select a desired seating direction and click "Add Reservation"

6. Click back on the calendar entry to confirm that you are listed.

To cancel a reservation

1. Go to the calendar entry that you have a reservation for

2. Click on the reservation list

3. NOTE: the Cancel button is like an Exit. It simply closes the window. If you want to actual cancel, you have to hit remove.

If you have selected the remember me option so that you do not have to enter your name again, you can just click on the Remove button.

If not, then enter your name and hit check just like you were making a reservation. And then hit remove instead of Add Reservation.

Please note: Only the first player listed in the reservation may cancel. Because the partner is just informational and not tied to an account.

If when you enter your name and hit the check button you get a "Member not found" message, please do not panic!

What is most likely happening is that your name in our database is not the name you entered. For instance I go by Dave Brower, but in our database I am entered as David Brower. Our database is primarily populated by the name that you signed up with when you joined the ACBL.
