Pippins is three miles from Plymouth on the A379 opposite the turn for Otter Nurseries near Brixton village.

Roads immediately between Pippins and the A38 are very narrow Devon lanes. If you have set your Sat Nav to PL8 2AY and are approaching from the A38, ignore the Sat Nav. Leave the A38 earlier, follow the main roads and signs to pick up the A379, then you can use your Sat Nav again to avoid the narrow roads.
