Bridge Courses throughout the year

Are you interested in learning or improving your bridge skills?

We offer face-to-face evening classes throughout the year for both beginners and improvers. You can join them at any time, but you will need to join the Bridge Interest Group (Phyllis Court Bridge Club) and to do this you must be a member of Phyllis Court Club.

The Beginner Level Class starts in September and continues with the Spring and Summer Terms in the following year. This is aimed at complete beginners but is also appropriate for anyone who has played a little bridge with friends and wants to develop their bidding and card play.

The Improvers Level Class also begins in September and continues with the Spring and Summer Terms in the following year.  This is for those who have either completed a beginners’ course or have the equivalent experience. It will cover many aspects of Basic ACOL bidding and there will be ample playing practice with supervision.

Both classes are from 7pm to 9pm and will run for 10 weeks, continuing in the spring and summer terms. The cost is £100 per term which includes all printed material.
