Phoenix Bridge Club Diversity and Inclusion Statement 

At Phoenix Bridge Club, we are committed to providing an inclusive environment in which all members and potential members are respected, valued and supported.

We believe that diversity and equality are integral to any successful organisation.

It is the responsibility of the club officials, including The Committee and the directors to ensure that Phoenix fulfils its legal obligations as stated in The Equality Act of 2010.

In addition, we recognise our responsibility to provide and to maintain a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

It is tasked to us to ensure that all members are aware of our inclusive ethos and understand that any unacceptable behaviour will be dealt with by The Committee.

It is a condition of membership that all members and potential members should agree to abide our policy statement.

We ask that members bring to The Committee’s attention, any inappropriate comments and behaviour in order that they can be dealt with.
