Welcome to the Peoria Duplicate Bridge Club.  Our games are every Tuesday at 12:30 and 6:30 and Friday afternoon at 12:30.  For our newer players, we hold a separate "Newcomer" game on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 12:30.  Our games are duplicate game sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) and are open to the public.  Our games are held at Life Together Center, 3625 N. Sheridan Road in Peoria, Illinois.  Most of our sessions use pre-dealt hands used by The Common Game and are scored electronically using hand-held BridgeMates.  Hand records and results are available immediately following the games.  Our Club participates in The Common Game so your results are scored across a large field and can be viewed on The Common Game website.

Bridge players who have not played duplicate bridge before are always welcome to play.  Any rubber bridge player can easily get up to speed on duplicate with a modicum of instruction.  Instructions on the differences between rubber bridge and duplicate are given to new players before each game at 12:00 and 6:00.  

Entry fees are $5 per player.

Our Club is in Unit 208 and District 8 of the ACBL.

Our Club was incorporated in 2012 as an Illinois Not-for-Profit corporation and is a tax-exempt social welfare organization which promotes the game of bridge in the greater Peoria community.  The Club gives bridge instruction to those who desire to learn the game or improve their skills.  The Club is a membership organization that is governed by a board of directors who are elected at the Club's annual membership meeting held each June.  There are currently 37 members of the Club.  Annual dues are $5.00.

The Club now requires players to reserve their spots at our games.  Please email the Club at peoriadbc@gmail.com at least 24 hours before game time and let us know (a) which game in which you want to play, and (b) who your partner is or whether you require a partner.
