If you are the host for the evening, you may wish to be excluded from the NGS (National Grading Scheme). If the host is playing with someone who has played fewer than 150 graded boards, their NGS will not be affected, and there is no need to set NGS exclusions. This is a two part process.
Register for exclusion on the EBU Website. This must be done before the session starts. To do this you will need the clubs EBU number (203614) and the session name (usually “Club Night”) which can be found on Oxshott’s website in the Calendar Section:

Log into the “My EBU” section on their website (using your own EBU number and password)
Select “Utilities” in the toolbar at the top of the screen and then select “Register NGS Exception”

Fill in the form displayed. You can exempt just yourself or both yourself and partner:

2. On the night inform the scorer that you wish your score to be exempted. The score must then mark you for exemption in the scoring program.
Scorer Information
To set NGS exclusions, the scorer is required to do the following in EBUScore (this must be done after pair names have been entered into the bridgemates):
From the “Event Menu” in EBU Score click “Properties”

and select the pair number (pair 3 in the example shown below) from the drop-down list in the right-hand panel.

Tick the box against the host’s name (and their partner if they also asked to be excluded) .
