| Saturday Bridge is Back with the Northfield Swiss Pairs |
After a break through the Summer, there are a number of online Swiss Pairs games booked in for the next few months through the late Summer and Autumn.
The first of these is the Northfield Swiss Pairs on Saturday 20th August.
This is a 6 x 6 board Blue Pointed Swiss Pairs on BBO and is suitable for all players.

| September Improvers' Day |
The next Improvers' Day is being held at Leeds Bridge club on Sunday 4th September. Click in this box for the flyer. Places are limited so please book early!
Out first Improvers' Day took place on Sunday 12th June and was a great success. After a seminar from Jim Edwards and a large buffet lunch, the players took part in 1 of 2 duplicate sessions. The 9 high event was won by Dee Milburn & Geoff Storer and the Stepping Stones section was won by Lesley Titchmarsh & GIllian Pepper.
Places are filling up and there is only space for 8 more pairs - you can enter as a single player and I will match you up.

| Friday Friends |
We now have a weekly Friday evening game at 7pm called "Friday Friends" which is a relaxed 24 board duplicate on BBO.
This game is open to all members and is only £2.50 each. Any visitors who would like to join this game should email ocbridgecomps@gmail.com and you will be given a warm welcome.

10 x 2 board rounds open to all - £3 per player
Thursday @ 2pm - Towcester & Oliver Cowan BC Pairs
9 x 2 boards open to all players but you must let Oliver know before the first time you plan to play in this game. £3 per player
Thursday @ 7:15pm - Oliver Cowan Pairs
10 x 2 boards open to all Members. This game is £3 per player.
Friday @ 7pm - Friday Friends
An 8 x 3 boards relaxed duplicate game open to all members. £3 per player

 The club allows undo requests for genuine bidding mistakes made as a result of a mechanical error, not a lapse of concentration or forgetfulness, and only when the request is made prior to their partner's bid at the latest. We do not allow undos for playing.
Any awkward exchanges should be referred to the director.
