Results of county match v Derbyshire (2 April 2017)

The three Oxfordshire teams achieved narrow wins in the final county match of the 2016-17 season.  The A-team won 11-9, the B-team 13-7 and the C-team 11-9. These results ensured that the B and C-teams finished in 2nd place in their respective divisions.  These were the teams:

As John Williams says, a big result for the county and a welcome return to form.  Our A team won by 54 IMPs (14-6 VPs), the B by 237 (20-0) and the C by 82 (15-5) though this last result still awaits the outcome of an appeal which could reduce the margin of victory. Sunday 11 December 2016 - Results v Warwickshire

Sunday 13 November 2016 - Result v Staffs & Shrops

For the third match of the 2016-17 season, we were away to Staffs & Shrops in Wolverhampton. Our A-team won 12-18, our B-team won 18-2 and our C-team won 19-1. Sunday 9 October 2016 - Result v Nottinghamshire

The second match of the 2016-17 season, against Notts on Sun Oct 9th, resulted in a 6-14 defeat for our A-team but wins for the B and C-teams, by 16-4 and 15-5 respectively. Sunday 11 September 2016 - Result v Leicestershire

The first match of the 2016-17 season  was away against Leics on Sun Sept 11th in sunny Loughborough.
