We encourage all players to register with a partner prior to the game. It helps to know who is coming and you get the best seat in the house. It's easy to register. Just follow these instructions.

Instructions for using the reservation system:
♥ Fill in your ACBL Number. If you don't have an ACBL number, Fill in your Northwest Tucson Bridge "Club Number" preceded by the Pound Sign (ex., #23451).
You must have an ACBL number or "Club Number" to use our reservation system. If you don't have a "Club Number", Click here to leave this page and sign up with your phone number and email (optional).
♣ Select your game, Open(=Regular) or Limited, and click "SUBMIT"
♦ Click "SELECT RESERVATION DATE"
♠ Click "RESERVE/MODIFY/FIND PARTNER" & Search by First OR Last Name. IF YOU HAVE A PARTNER WHO IS NEW TO THE CLUB and name does NOT appear in the reservation list, CHOOSE YOUR PARNTER AS: "Guest 1, Guest 2 etc." Choose your game parameters: AFT, Morn, Regular(=Open), Limited, Direction, and if you want the reservation recurring. Then Click "SUBMIT".
♥ If you must CANCEL a reservation, click "RESERVATION TO CANCEL?" and choose the date you wish to cancel. Click "SUBMIT"
♣ Need a Partner? Choose "Need A Partner?" on the MENU button at the left and request a partner at your level of play.
♦ Want to see who else is signed up for the next game? Click "LINE UP".
♠ Want to see who else is signed up for any other date? Put the date you want to check in the "Select Reservation Date". Click "Reserve/Modify/Find Partner". In the next line in the "search" or "Partner" box, enter exactly the following 3 characters: *** All those signed up will appear with ***before their name either at the very top of this list, or scroll down and they are at the very bottom of this list.
Reservations can be made or cancelled until 12:15 PM game day. Please remember to cancel any reservation you have made that you cannot play. Players with an email on file with us will receive an alert each Saturday reminding them of the coming week's game reservations as well as any cancellations. For any last minute questions or problems, call us at (520) 447-5724.
PLEASE CHECK THAT ON YOUR RESERVATION PROFILE PAGE THAT WE HAVE YOUR CORRECT AND PREFERRED EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. If not, please email us at NWTucsonBridgeClub@gmail.com and we will correct it.
