You may update your own profile information by selecting the Player Directory menu bar and sign in to access the directory.  Then select the Account tab at the top of the directory page.  Using this method keeps you in control of the update process and you can see the results immediately.

If you want an administrator to perform these updates for you, then you may use this form.  Complete the information on the form and submit.  Your updates will be handled promptly by our club data administrator.
