Thursday evening session

Snow and high winds are forecast for Thursday evening so the bridge session has been cancelled. Bridge on Thursday morning will go ahead as normal unless there is snow overnight in which case this bulletin will be updated.

Currently, we are expecting bridge as normal on Saturday but we will make a final decision on Saturday morning and post an update here.

Peggy Slamer

It is with sadness that we have to announce the death of former member, Peggy Slamer. Peggy lived to the grand old age of 100 years and died peacefully in John Taylor Hospice. 

We have received the following message from her daughter, Liz, and son, Mike:

"We will be having a private family only funeral but on Saturday 7th Feb we would love the company of friends and neighbours at Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield.

"Afternoon tea was a favourite of Mums so please join us in the Ladywood Room anytime between 1pm and 4pm to remember, chat and reminisce".
