Joining the New Melville Bridge Club - Joining From 1st July to 1st September

Please do NOT use this form if you are renewing your subscription

Joining the New Melville Bridge Club is just £10 from 1st July to 1st September with the Scottish Bridge (formerly the SBU) waiving their fee for that period.

The annual club subscription, which falls due on 1 October, is £38 thereafter with an additional £12 for Scottish Bridge.


Full Away Membership

If you are a member of another Scottish Bridge (SBU) club you will already have an SBU number and should apply for 'Full Away' membership.


Full Home Membership

Players who do not possess an SBU number must must apply for 'Full Home' membership. The club will apply on your behalf for an SBU number. An additional £12 Scottish Bridge subscription will be added to your when we collect subscriptions in the autumn.

Associate Membership

If you are a Melville Bridge Academy student and you would like to start taking part in our club tournaments* you should apply to be an Associate Member. We waive the annual club membership fee whilst you are in our classes, lessons 1 - 60 (only). The club will apply to the Scottish Bridge for an SBU number which you will need when playing in club tournaments. 

However, in the autumn, when the club collects annual subscriptions, you will be charged the annual SBU subscription of £12.

*It is not necessary to become an Associate member if you only wish to take part in our Gentle Pairs on Wednesday afternoons or our Improvers Pairs on Tuesday evenings.
