• We ask that you arrive between 10 and 20 minutes before each session starts, maintain social distancing (including when entering or leaving), and sit at a table as soon as possible.

• Please wait outside until setting up is complete, unless you are helping to set up - volunteers welcome.  And please leave promptly at the end of the session unless you are helping to tidy up - again, volunteers welcome.  The scrolling results will not be displayed at the end of the session but will be uploaded to Bridgewebs as soon as scoring is complete.

• Players should sanitise their hands thoroughly as they enter the club, and at regular intervals during the evening.

• The wearing of face masks indoors is not mandatory but is a personal choice.

• Players should try to maintain social distancing, and minimise movement around the club.

• If players develop symptoms during or after attending the Club, please contact us. All players from that session will be notified and recommended to arrange a Covid-19 test.

• Please bear it in mind that windows, and possibly the doors, will be open in the playing room to increase ventilation.

• Only the North players should handle the boards.

• Only the North players should handle the Bridgemates; show the scores to East for verbal acceptance, and then North should accept the score.

• To reduce the handling of bidding boxes, moving pairs are asked to take their boxes with them as they move to the next table. If you have your own bidding box, you may bring that along for your personal use (please label it). Club bidding boxes will be available for those who do not have their own.

• The playing cards will be handled by several players during the session. Please be mindful of good hygiene, avoid touching your face, and wash or sanitise your hands often. There will be hand sanitiser available throughout the club.

• Refreshments will not be available initially and players should bring their own drinks and snacks if they wish
