If you do not have a partner please look and see who is looking for a partner, by going to our people looking for a partner page. If no one is looking, or the person looking, isn't a fit for you, go to the what's on calendar page, for the event you need a partner for, click on the find a partner image and enter your information.

If you are a visitor or haven't been successful finding a partner, please come along ready to play, at least 5 minutes before seating time,  on all dates except Tuesdays. On Tuesday evenings you must have a partner arranged.

 Mondays

 

Monday – seated by 6.45 p.m. for a 7.00 p.m. start

 

Monday evenings are for less experienced players. The purpose of these evenings is to provide a relaxed environment for players to improve their game while playing against people of a similar standard.

One three-night competition in May is for Monday night players playing with a Tuesday night player – please see the calendar of upcoming events for details. All players and visitors are welcome on this night but only Monday/Tuesday partnerships may win the event.

Tuesdays 

 

Tuesday – seated by 7.05 p.m. for a 7.25 p.m. start

 

Tuesday evenings are for Senior and more experienced players.

 

 

Wednesdays 

 

Wednesday – On hold  at the moment, Richmond bridge club are running some sessions 

 

Wednesday afternoons are very social and informal, suitable for all abilities. You do not need a partner for these sessions. Usually, there will be an experienced player to answer questions and advise about hands.

Thursdays 

Thursday – seated by 6.45 p.m. for a 7.00 p.m. start

 

Thursday evenings are for a more social game. Master Points are awarded on raw scores but the overall result over a 3-week session is determined by handicap scores. Players of any ability are welcome.

 

Some three-night competitions are for Monday night players playing with a Tuesday night player – please see the calendar of upcoming events for details. All players and visitors are welcome on these nights but only Monday/Tuesday partnerships may win the event.

Fridays 

Friday – Please be seated by 12.30 p.m. for a 12.45 p.m. start

 

Friday afternoons are very friendly, social sessions are held every Friday afternoon for players of all abilities. Master Points are awarded on raw scores but the overall result  is determined by handicap scores. Play is open to all members and visitors.
