The first match of the season (of 4) took place on Saturday 9th July on Real Bridge.
Our team of:
Dave(c) & Jill Armstrong, Peter Li-Ping & Fred Robinson
John Eglington & Martin Hewitson and Dan Benison & Chris Stenning
finished mid-table in 5th position out of 8 Northern County Teams. We were only 7 VPs behind second place so there is still everything to play for.
Yorkshire top the table though with a 23 VP lead over the next team
