The top 16 pairs from the semi-finals will qualify for the Chronicle Cup final played over 45 boards. The top 3 pairs in this final will be invited to represent NEBA in competing for the EBU's Corwen Trophy in late May in Nottingham.

NEBA 9High Corwen Qualifier

The 9High Corwen is a new annual EBU event open to members with an NGS grade 2-9 inc. on 1st Jan. The 2026 national final will be played online on 30th May, with a choice of playing on either BBO or RealBridge.

Northern Regional Final - EBU National Pairs
Online via EBU 11.30
Any pair that gets 55% or over in a club game between 1st and 14th Feb will be entitled to play in the Regional Finals. The Northern one covers: Cumbria, Isle of Man, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Manchester, Merseyside/Cheshire, NEBA, Westmorland and Yorkshire. The top 50 pairs accross all the Regional Finals will play in the EBU National Pairs Final on RealBridge in mid April.
