Those with more than 15 MPs can play in an open section at the same time. Members and non-members may enter; only Moonee Valley members can win the title. Seminar entitled "Expert philosophy on overcalls with Andy Hung" on Tuesday January 27, 10am – 12 noon at MVBC, $30, register HERE. Partner not required. Master the expert mindset behind winning overcalls — knowing exactly when to compete and when to keep quiet. Come along and learn how well-timed overcalls put pressure on the opponents and see how the philosophy has evolved substantially. Bonus: Andy will also share some highlights from his recent success in the US Nationals! A great opportunity – there is something for everyone to take away with lots of expert insider tips from Andy. These workshops include a PowerPoint lecture, boards to play, and well-presented notes for everyone to take home.  An analysis of the played boards will also be provided for all.

Social Bridge and Pizza Night, Wednesday 4 February at 7 pm. Enter on myABF HERE. Our pizza nights are focused on introducing our great game to new players. So please invite friends, relatives, neighbours, sporting buddies, or work colleagues to come along. We would especially like young people to come. There is also social bridge for our members, so come along for a friendly game. The new players will receive free pizza, and social players will pay $10. The bar will be open for a social drink.
