Welcome to our little corner of the beautiful NSW South coast. The Mollymook Bridge Club conducts five regular bridge sessions and one supervised session a week (see session info below), and players of all standards are very welcome to join us. Our premises are located at 127 St. Vincent Street, Ulladulla, about three hours by car from Sydney and two and a half hours from Canberra. We have on-site parking for 12 cars, and there is a public car park immediately opposite.  Click on the Information tab to the left for directions.

About Us

We have around 100 active members and for most sessions we are set up for 11 tables. We are very fortunate to have a small group of dedicated, talented trainers who conduct classes and other events for both beginners and improvers throughout the year. For any information about upcoming classes or events to help introduce new players into the club, please contact Rae. Or if there is anything else that you would like to find out about us, please check the Contacts listed on the Contact Us tab of this site.

Our History

Towards the end of 1982, Ruth and Eugene Lumbers started up a private bridge club, called the Mollymook Bridge Club, and the first duplicate bridge game was held at the Mollymook Beach Bowling Club, in early October 1982. In the early years, the club ran two sessions, one at the Mollymook Bowling Club, on Wednesday morning, at 09:30 (with around four tables) and the second, at the Sarah Claydon Retirement Village, on a Thursday night, starting at 7:30 pm (with around two tables).  Both sessions ran for three hours. On June 21, 1985 Mollymook Bridge Club was granted affiliation with the Australian Bridge Federation, and around this time, the Wednesday morning session was moved to the Mollymook Surf Live Saving Club.  By this time the club was averaging around seven tables on the Wednesday morning and around four tables on the Thursday night.  You can download the detailed history here.

2022 Was an historical year for the club:
