Accounts are being audited by Jane Brown at the moment, they stand at £8,298.92 at 21/12/23.

Committee agreed to increase table money to £2.50 and £3.00 for non members .to be voted for at agm.

membership fees same as last year £10 and £20. Welsh bridge  fees have increased to £20 this year.

Chairmans report

Committee wished to thank Barrie Waite for purchasing a new laptop for the club .And to let members know about this.

We will be looking to refurbish bridge mates at a cost of £???.

Committee decided to bring back cup winners. to be decided.

Election of Officers

Glenda Roberts has agreed to take over as secretary from Clive  Edwards. to be voted at AGM.

Matters arising

It was agreed to set subs for 2023 at £20 for mid glam primary club members.

                                                           £10if WBU fees paid at another club.

It was agreed to increase table fees from £2 to£3 for members and £3 to £4 for non members.

It was agreed  director/ scorer will not pay table fees.

If an extra ordinary financial situation  arises committee reserve the right for neccessary action
