MGOnline - Data Privacy Notice.

To comply with the current laws on the storing electronically of personal data MGOnline hereby advises you that:

• The personal information we collect, and record is limited to simple contact information (name, address, telephone and email) and your Welsh Bridge Union (WBU) membership number if you have one.
• We will collect your personal information purely for the administrative purposes of the Club in connection with your membership of the Club and of StepBridge UK.
• You only provide us with the information that you are happy for us to record upon your registration with StepBridge and upon your registration with the Club.
• By registering with the club, you confirm that you are happy for your personal data also to be registered with the WBU for the sole purpose of their maintaining your Membership and Master Points records.
• The information that the club collects are stored on a personal computer in a spreadsheet format and only distributed internally in hard copy (under a “confidential” cover) if required exclusively for club activities.
• The information is also stored securely in the player database of the scoring and results software and the website applications used by the club.
• The information that we hold will not be passed to any third parties outside of the club and/or StepBridge and/or the WBU unless legally obliged to do so, e.g. by court order.
• You may request a printout of the information that we hold about you at any time by sending your request by email to the club secretary at MG-Online@outlook.com.
• You can request that any errors in your information be corrected by sending an email to the same email address.
• If you cease to be a member, your data will be removed from the records as soon as it is no longer needed for administration purposes.

If you object to anything contained within this notice or the holding of any of your information as detailed above, please email the secretary at MG-Online@outlook.com who will at your request, remove all the personal information held about you.
