We have received funeral details via the following email from Bill's family.

All,

We will holding a memorial service for our late father at 1pm Tuesday 30th July at St John the Evangelist Church, Copthorne, RH10 3RD.

Immediately followed by a wake to celebrate his life at Copthorne Scout Hut, Borers Arms Road.

Please feel free to forward / distribute as appropriate.

Please could you RSVP (david_acraman@yahoo.co.uk) so we can get an idea of numbers for the wake.

For those of you who would like to honour our dad on his passing we are certain he would prefer a donation to help others rather than money being spent on flowers.

To this end we have set up two go fund me pages for charities that we feel are appropriate and would have his full blessing.

The first is Mind, which helps those who suffer from poor mental health, and their families.

Dad was a loyal and loving support to our mum through many years of poor mental health and he often felt very alone in his struggles.

The work of Mind aims to provide support and help to people in a similar situation.

The second is Diabetes UK. Dad suffered from this common illness for many years as do other members of our family and any contribution to this charity will assist other sufferers.
