 George & Irene took over from Mo & Malc today. We played triples and our winning lady was Elizabeth Parker and our gent Eddie Cooper.

 On our final day before passing over to Irene & George we had a good crowd in and played triples and pairs. Our Ladies winner was Judith Wheeler and our Gent was Stephen Kelly. Love from Mo & Malc. Over and out....

| March 7th |
 Our players today played triples while we had three ladies giving it a go, two for the first time ever. After two sets of the Triples our lady of the day was Elizabeth Parker and our gent (on his final day of his holiday) was Arthur Gray.

| March 5th |
 The main game today was Jeff, Arthur, Elizabeth & Mo. The eventual winners were Elizabeth Parker and Arthur Gray. Meanwhile on rink 1 we had Judith, Lesley & Poppy learning how to play the short mat game.

| March 4th |
 Pictured today is Elizabeth Parker and Sally Nelson who gave the boys a shock by nearly beating them. As it ended in another draw the umpire gave the win to the ladies as they had performed so well on their first day with us.

| March 3rd |
 Monday morning bowls got off to a slow start but picked up as the day went on. Pictured is one end when all three players put up almost perfect bowls. I should have taken a photo later as the end was a terrific example of bowling. Arthur Gray ended up our daily winner.

 Today we played singles and probably had less bowls off the rink than we have had for a few weeks. so well done all. Marilyn would have been our winner today but Mo's handicap system meant that Arthur Gray and Jeff Lewin were once again tied for top spot.

| March 1st |
 Due to the bad weather forecast yesterday afternoon we picked all the mats up and everything off the floor in case of flooding. However it wasn't a problem and everything was dry this morning.
So we only placed one mat down to use. This kept us busy chasing any stray bowls which left the Rink. Tomorrow we will put everything back as it was 😂.
Anyway, good bowling by all today and fittingly it ended in a draw. Photo of Jeff Lewin and Arthur Gray two of our ever faithful players who love the bowls.
