The last Ladies v Gents match of this year was an outstanding win for the Ladies (Scoreboard to verify the truth). Christine, the Ladies coach in the centre giving a defiant fist pump.

Malcolm Lay, our Singles Knockout Champion, receiving his medal and trophy from Christine with Dorothy James the losing finalist. In what turned out to be a thrilling final, with Malcolm going into the last end, four shots up. Of course, the near impossible happened with Dorothy getting the four she needed to force the extra end. All in vain as Malcolm overcame his disappointment and won the extra end.

The men certainly must have practised hard yesterday as they had a very big win against the ladies today.

Revenge is sweet. The victorious Ladies celebrating their win today over the Gents. The Gents team declined to be photographed, saying they were too upset and needed to stay behind for some serious practice.

A narrow victory for the Gents today, 20-16. Two of the gents had to leave early, but Christine came to the rescue and turned into a man.
