Please try to enter with a partner.   If you  are looking  for a partner, enter your name and leave the partner  box blank.  Others will see this and contact you.  If you  subsequently find a partner, please make a new  entry.  Admin will delete the original entry.

The Clubroom can accommodate 9 tables. If more than 18 couples/36 people enter, the last to enter will act as reserves. If there are an odd number of people entered the last person to enter singly will act as reserve.  In both cases, if this is you, and you are needed, the  Director will contact you.

Please enter promptly.  DEADLINE is 6:30pm the day before the event.
