It is Victory Points that are used for the League Table.
For example:
Team A scores 32 IMPS
Team B scores 23 IMPS
Difference in 9 IMPS
Match result is Team A 12.55 : Team B 7.45
The total of Victory Points gained over all matches decides league placings.
