Annual Subscription 2026-27
 

The Annual Subscription to renew Membership of the Club and affiliation to the CBAI is now due. The Subscription is €25 Euros.

We are asking Members who wish to renew their Membership to pay their Annual Subscription by the 14th October.  

   We would much prefer members to pay by bank transfer if at all possible.  Please ensure that you identify yourself when making the transfer.  This is important as it enables us to identify those who have paid their subscription.

SLOW PLAY IMPACTS ON ENJOYMENT OF THE GAME
SLOW PLAY IMPACTS ON ENJOYMENT OF THE GAME

Slow play means that some players are slow.  You can call the TD if you feel that your opposition are slow or are delaying completion of a board.  The TD will adjust an averaged score where the replay of the board shows a different outcome was likely.  You can call the TD to the table at any time during play or you can lodge an appeal after play.  There is a 20 minute appeals window after play.

All Prize Money to be collected as soon as possible. 

Any Prize Money unclaimed after three months will be retuned to Club funds.
CBAI Membership Cards

 

CBAI reports that it is introducing a new membership database that will allow members access their own data and view their masterpoints. 

This is currently undergoing final testing and is due to go live as soon as possible. 

Given that they are so close to rolling out the new database, CBAI decided not to print membership cards this year. 

Instead they are providing individual statements of masterpoints awarded to each member and these will be distributed to members at our Club in October.
