We need to know how many teams we will have so that we can prepare the correct movement, and avoid having an odd pair. If you don't have team-mates, just enter as Pair 1, and we will match you up with another 'pairs only' entry. 

If there is Pair prepared to be a 'stand-by' Pair, and only play when we need to make up a team, please indicate this in the Comments on the Form - that would be very helpful!
