| Election of Committee |
 The following committee posts are up for re-election:
- Chairman
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Secretary
- Equipment Manager
- Catering Manager
After many years of dedicated service, Sue Lane will be standing down as Chairman this year. I'm sure that we will all wish to thank her and wish her well. All other incumbents have agreed to stand again.
Any member may stand for any committee position. All positions require a nominee, a proposer and a seconder, who must all be current members of the club.
If you wish to stand for a committee position, you may propose yourself. If you are proposing someone else, you must obtain their consent prior to proposing them.
For convenience, nominations for committee posts may complete the following form, although submissions in writing will also be accepted. If proposing yourself, please put your own name as both nominee and proposer and add the name of the member who has agreed to second your nomination.
Nominations will close on Friday 12th April after the session.
