| Election of Committee |
 The following committee posts are up for re-election:
- Chairman
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Secretary
- Equipment Manager
- Catering Manager
Any member may stand for any committee position. All positions require a nominee, a proposer and a seconder, who must all be current members of the club. All incumbents have agreed to stand again.
Nominations for committee posts may complete the following form, although submissions in writing will also be accepted. If proposing yourself, please put your own name as both nominee and proposer and add the name of the member who has agreed to second your nomination.
Nominations will close on Friday 18th April after the session.
