The list below indicates each teams default position regarding silent kibitzers.

If either team doesn't allow them then any match between those teams should be set up without kibitzers.

If any team has not completed the form before the beginning of the season then the opposing team's preference will be the default for that match.

Kibitzers shoujld never be allowed to talk to the players or the tournament.
